Senior Semiconductor Tooling Lead Engineer

IAQ UTILITY SOLUTIONS (SG) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an Engineering Project Lead to spearhead the design and installation of semiconductor tool hook-up systems. The role involves managing project execution from scope definition to resource allocation while ensuring compliance with SEMI standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, and over 8 years of experience in semiconductor fab engineering. Strong knowledge of cleanroom systems and project management methodologies is required.
