Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates.
- Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.
- Security Operations & Procedures
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure.
- Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance.
- Safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed.
