Senior Scrum Master – Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
• Remove impediments and shield teams from external disruptions
• Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, junior Scrum Masters and leadership on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe processes
• Support Agile transformation initiatives, including training, workshops, and change management activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Agile practices with business objectives
• Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time) to drive continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to manage cross-team dependencies
• Advocate for Agile best practices and contribute to the growth of the Agile community within the organization
