Senior Scientist – Process Development & Analytical Sciences (CAR-T)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scientist (PhD) to lead efforts in process development and analytical sciences for CAR‑T programs. This role will drive strategy and execution for developing robust, scalable manufacturing processes and qualified analytical assays to support clinicaldevelopment.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cell therapy, strong scientific leadership, and the ability to independently design and execute complex studies that enhance CAR‑T cell persistence, durability, and product quality.
