Senior Scientist in Diabetes Research

The position

is based in the Islet & Insulin Biology department within Global Research, located in Måløv (northwest of Copenhagen). Your new role As Senior Scientist, you will be part of an ambitious, multidisciplinary team exploring and advancing new treatment options for diabetes. You will work closely with scientists and technicians across the organisation to help move projects through the value chain.You will also contribute to the evaluation of potential external opportunities from academia, biotech, and pharma.Key responsibilities:Characterise new insulin analogues in vitro with regard to binding and signallingCollaborate with technicians, oversee data analysis, and be responsible for study reportsWork across departments and, in collaboration with in vivo pharmacology, explore how in vitro findings translate into in vivo effectsStay up to date with relevant developments in the field, both commercial and academicBe part of a world-leading insulin biology group...
