Experience should be: 10-14 Years
7+ years of experience in SAP development and integration engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO (design, configuration, development, and support).
Must-have: SAP PI/PO, ABAP (IDocs, RFC, BAPI), integration architecture, leadership experience
Strong expertise in ABAP development and SAP extension frameworks:
Enhancements, User Exits
Proven experience leading and delivering end-to-end enterprise integration solutions.
5+ years in a technical leadership / lead engineer role (mentoring engineers, driving design decisions, enforcing standards).
Experience with production support environments, including:
Incident management
Root cause analysis
