Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. This role will focus on SAP Payroll & Benefits, including payroll accounting, compensation and benefits management, and company pension schemes. The successful candidate will ensure accurate payroll results in line with statutory, collective, and company agreements, while providing functional and operational support to business teams across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for SAP payroll runs across different regions.
• Maintain payroll schemas, rules, and configurations according to business requirements.
• Conduct functional and system integration tests.
• Manage and resolve incident and service request tickets related to SAP HCM Payroll, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
