Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP HR Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development and strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABAP programming, HR module developments, enhancements, integrations, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and support SAP ABAP solutions in the SAP HCM/HR landscape.
- Work on SAP HR technical objects including:
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Enhancements
- Forms
- Workflows
- Conversions
- BAPIs, RFCs, and Function Modules
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs for SAP HCM modules:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll
- Benefits (if applicable)
- Develop HR-specific reports using:
- ABAP Reports
- ALV Reports
