Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead and deliver strategic initiatives on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong administration and consulting expertise, capable of driving complex programs across cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions within an Agile/SAFe framework
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, proactively managing timelines, dependencies, and cross‑team coordination
• Lead design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions and solution design on the Salesforce Lightning platform
