The role leads the Oracle NetSuite's Products Sales Team across Australia focused on wholesale, retail and manufacturing customers, with responsibility for delivering budget and building sustainable new business growth. The leader owns territory execution, pipeline quality, deal progression, forecast discipline and the operating cadence required to run a consistent monthly business. Candidates must have direct line management experience, with a proven track record of leading quota-carrying Account Executives. This role develops and retains high-performing SaaS sales professionals, coaches the team to target the right ICPs, and ensures opportunities are qualified and progressed through a clear customer engagement model.
