Senior Sales Leader & Acting MOD on Duty

Footgear in the Western Cape is seeking a Senior Sales Generator (2IC) to support the Store Manager and drive daily sales, customer engagement and brand standards.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach the team to hit targets, manage stock and merchandising, and step in as MOD when needed. The role requires at least 2 years in retail with supervisory exposure; proficiency with MS Office and POS systems is preferred.
