Senior Sales Engineer, HVAC

What you will do

As a Sales Engineer, you will manage the sales of our HVAC business, acquire new customers, build relationships, understand customer needs, and offer solutions based on their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Key Result Area (KRA) targets.
• Generate and submit accurate quotations, forecast sales and collections regularly, and report expenses in accordance with company policy.
• Liaise with customers on secured projects to implement and carry out the scope of supply as stated in purchase orders and generate billing/invoices accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers through regular calls and visits.
• Make formal presentations to customers and industry stakeholders as required.
• Maintain the existing customer base and develop new customers periodically for continuous business expansion.
