Job Description
- Support customers on technical and quality-related matters regarding electronic components and semiconductor products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to investigate, analyze, and resolve product quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints, defect investigations, and corrective/preventive action follow-up.
- Conduct quality discussions and negotiations with customers and suppliers regarding product specifications, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
- Support supplier audits, process audits, and quality system assessments.
- Review and evaluate quality reports, inspection data, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers.
- Promote company products and solutions to existing and potential customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and conduct customer visits to identify potential projects.
