Senior Sales Enablement Leader – Federal & Defense

Defense Unicorns is seeking a remote-first Sales Enablement leader in Dubai to own the enablement strategy and align with DoD/IC sales motions. You will design onboarding for Account Executives, BDRs, and Sales Architects, and build playbooks, messaging, and guides for enterprise software teams.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product positioning into field-ready materials, ensure access to competitive intel and assets, and run recurring training sessions.
