Senior Sales Coordinator

The Senior sales coordinator position is essentially an extending arm of sales who connects both customers and internal and external stake holders and operators.

Main responsibility is to ensure every booking is handled with utmost care, efficiency and with a sense of urgency in timely manner. Also to ensure that emails are answered on a timely basis and pro‑actively contact customers and follow‑up for business and ensure to plug the gap essentially when sales and customers unable to reach each other. Coordination with the internal operators such as Operation, Pricing, Accounts department etc is vital as well as with external vendors such as transporters, carriers and other service providers. Also this role having responsibility to prepare and quote to the customers for all product type under the guidance of respective sales desk.
