Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

KPI Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for driving new business growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while also supporting and mentoring junior sales consultants through coaching, guidance, and leading by example. This role offers the opportunity to make a strategic impact on our business whilst working with a talented team in our Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new B2B opportunities through our CRM, prospecting, LinkedIn, and both inbound and outbound sales activities.
2. Conduct meetings with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and business leaders to identify training and development needs.
3. Present KPI Consultancy's training solutions and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
