Support Safety teams on one or more critical sites (inspections, coaching, training, accident investigations, action plans)Develop, share and champion initiatives that support a strong safety culture across all sitesParticipating in Eramet Group prevention activitiesAnalyse safety risks at mission sites and propose prioritised action plans to local teamsEnsure compliance with safety regulations on the ground and support teams through the improvement processDeploy and audit safety management systems, particularly the Group's Essential Requirements, at intervention sitesLead the analysis of safety accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and monitor corrective actionsDraw on a strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and processes to assess risks as close to operational reality as possible ...
