Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to design and execute revenue strategies to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
- Define and manage rules of engagement, territory models, and account assignments
- Lead forecasting and pipeline inspection cadences to maintain high accuracy
- Map and improve end-to-end revenue processes from lead routing to renewal
- Deploy AI‑powered workflows for lead research, scoring, and routing
- Own the GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity and automation across systems
- Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, bookings, churn, and expansion KPIs
- Lead high‑impact projects such as system migrations and pricing changes
Requirements
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM roles
- Experience in SaaS environments
