About the Role
Backblaze is seeking a Senior Revenue Analytics Lead to build and scale our post‑sales and revenue intelligence capabilities. This is a senior individual contributor role for a highly technical and business‑oriented analyst who can unify product telemetry, customer success signals, and revenue data into a single, actionable analytics layer. The role is not reporting‑only; you will architect, build, and operationalize systems that directly impact renewals, expansion, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain a scalable data model integrating product usage and telemetry data, customer success and support signals, and revenue data such as ARR, MRR, renewals, and pipeline.
- Align and normalize data across systems, including Salesforce, product systems, and support tools.
