Working Hours
- 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Max. 45 working hours per week
- Monday – Sunday (Rotational Shifts)
- 5 / 6 Working Days per Week
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500

Job Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation & Sales
- Advise customers on the best mobile plans, devices, and broadband options for their needs.
- Recommend upgrades and add-ons to boost sales and consistently meet targets.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Provide high-quality service to build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and tough issues professionally and efficiently.
