Senior Restoration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical restoration efforts from the ground up during ransomware, destructive malware, or catastrophic system failures
• Assess infrastructure damage scope and determine recovery vs. rebuild requirements
• Orchestrate complex restoration sequences across hybrid and cloud environments
• Make real-time technical decisions to accelerate business resumption
• Coordinate with forensics teams, security analysts, legal counsel, and client leadership
• Direct contractors, MSPs, and internal IT teams through complex restoration plans

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands‑on infrastructure experience in private, hybrid, and cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP, on‑premises)
• Deep expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup technologies (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, etc.)
