Senior Resident Engineer/Onsite A/E Technical Lead

WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Senior Resident Engineer/Onsite A/E Technical Lead** to support the U.S. Navy’s Multi-Mission Dry Dock (M2D2) recapitalization program at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) in Bremerton, Washington. The position is anticipated to begin from **WSP’s Tacoma or Seattle office** in Q3 or Q4 of calendar year 2026 and transition to full-time onsite support at PSNS & IMF in Q2 or Q3 of calendar year 2027.

In this role, you will serve as WSP’s senior onsite A/E technical representative supporting NAVFAC’s Officer in Charge of Construction – Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (OICC PSNS). You will provide construction-phase technical review, issue resolution support, risk identification, and coordination with Designer-of-Record teams.
