Senior Research Associate - DMPK - Cell based assays

Hands-on experience in cell permeability assays in Caco-2, MDR1-MDCK and MDCK-II assays Experience in freezing, reviving and culturing of the cells Maintenance of larger passage numbers Designing of permeability assays in the 96 well format Able to understand or read the data, data compilation, identify data variability and data review cycle with QA team. Maintenance of reagents This position includes commitment in delivering the data within the agreed timelines ( Education and experience: M. Pharmacy or M. Sc with 2–8 years of experience in a DMPK group, preferably within a CRO or the biotech/pharma industry.
