Senior Renewals Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a broad portfolio of renewal contracts across Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, and other manufacturers
• Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and renewal forecasts
• Develop partner relations with manufacturer, OEM, and ISV renewal peers
• Generate quotes 30, 60, and 90 days in advance of contract expiration
• Work with customers to transact and consolidate upcoming renewals
• Maximize eligibility for manufacturer renewal incentives such as rebates and SPIFs
• Educate internal stakeholders on renewal and refresh opportunities
• Assist clients via phone and email with quote and support inquiries

Requirements

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity
• Comfort speaking directly with customers
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables and Formulas
