Senior Renewable Energy Counsel & Global Projects Lead

Voltalia is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to act as a commercially-oriented business partner for Dev and IPP operation teams across all geographies and technologies. You will provide support on all legal aspects of renewable energy projects from inception to close of financing and operations.

The role emphasizes contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment and regulatory compliance, including tenders, real estate and environmental aspects, and coordination with external law firms.
