Senior Remote Customer Support Operations Lead

Pampa Talents is hiring a Senior Support Specialist to own day-to-day operations end-to-end, building scalable systems, tooling, and a growing team. You will drive CSAT, SLAs, and playbooks, and partner with Product to resolve issues surfaced through support.

You will work remotely with core hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT, report to the Chief of Staff, and own escalation paths and knowledge base growth in a fast-growing fitness platform.
