Senior Regulatory Reporting & Reconciliation Specialist

GXBank - the first digital bank in Malaysia approved by Bank Negara Malaysia - is looking for a Compliance and Reconciliation Lead. This role focuses on regulatory reporting, reconciliation, process innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration to support our rapidly growing financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own regulatory compliance: lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports for PIDM and BNM, ensuring filings are accurate and timely.
• Lead the reconciliation team: serve as subject‑matter expert and team lead, manage day‑to‑day reconciliation operations, oversee GL account monitoring, and drive excellence within the team.
• Drive process innovation: use data analytics to uncover insights, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvements using Lean, Agile, or Design Thinking.
