This role calls for creativity, persistence, and a people-first mindset. You won't be following a script - you'll be leading with insight, earning trust, and showing companies what it looks like when recruiting is done with humanity and intention. This is solution selling - not a transactional close. You'll be building relationships, uncovering pain, and guiding prospects toward a decision that's right for their business.
