The Role
Senior Recruiter with French – support client hiring managers in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector. Fixed term 3 months.
Key Accountabilities
Client Stakeholder Relationships
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Independent execution of end‑to‑end recruitment services, providing counsel and insight.
- Lead discussions on attraction strategies and recommend fit and skills profiles.
Internal Stakeholder Relationships
- Monitor funnel metrics with Sourcing to identify and address bottlenecks.
- Coach and mentor recruiters, sourcers, and administrators.
