What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients
• Conduct intake calls and gather hiring requirements
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Manage ATS records and candidate pipelines
• Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment documentation in English
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Consistently achieve recruiting KPIs and placement goals
