Senior Recruiter

Our client, a leading biotechnology organization in the manufacturing and engineering sector, is seeking two Sr. Recruiters to join their team. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Remote (candidates must be located in either East-Southeast or Midwest region in the U.S.)

**Pay Range:** $45-48/hr. on W2

**Job Type:** 5-6-month Contract with the potential for hire or extension

**Schedule:** M-F 8am-5pm (EST)
