Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a leading retail and consumer goods company, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in Makati, Manila to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while being a subject‑matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

• Take ownership of the recruitment life‑cycle for key and high‑profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
