In this key position, you will report to the VP of Real Estate and Construction. The role focuses on managing VetStrategy’s real estate strategies, including lease renewals, new market identification, and financial oversight of properties. You'll be responsible for drafting documentation and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct the Real Estate team operations
• Oversee VetStrategy’s portfolio of properties
• Conduct market assessments and trend reports
• Negotiate and draft real estate agreements

Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in medical and retail real estate
