Senior Real Estate Fund Operations Lead

CBRE Singapore is seeking an operational leader to head a fund administration team, delivering fund reporting and administration for real estate clients across Asia. The role involves overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, NAV calculations, and IFRS/INV consolidation, with hands-on support for acquisitions and dispositions.

You will coordinate with auditors and secretaries, manage client relationships, monitor KPIs and profitability, and help grow business through pricing proposals.
