Senior Real Estate & Construction Counsel – UAE

RTC1 Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of a leading UAE construction and real estate developer for a senior legal role in Dubai.

You will lead all legal aspects of acquisitions, project financing, and regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate FIDIC and bespoke contracts, and manage disputes and external counsel.

Candidates should have LLB/JD, UAE admission, 10–12 years of experience in real estate and construction law, and strong negotiation and governance skills.
