Senior R&D Chemist

As a Senior R&D Chemist at Aprisium, you will play a key role in developing, validating, and translating analytical chemistry methods into robust, real‑world contamination monitoring solutions. This role is intended for an experienced chemist who can work independently, lead technical workstreams, make evidence‑based decisions, and take ownership of project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in analytical chemistry, with electrochemistry being highly preferred, and will be comfortable working hands‑on in the laboratory while also guiding experimental strategy, troubleshooting complex problems, and collaborating across chemistry, hardware, fluidics, electronics, and data teams.

This is a hands‑on R&D role in a fast‑paced startup environment, suited for someone proactive, technically strong, adaptable, and ready to take responsibility for both execution and decision‑making.
