Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements: . Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm. . Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in building construction firm. . PC Literate (MS word / Excel). . Self-motivated and able to work independently. . Experience in Cubicost 5D BIM Cost (Gloden) will be an advantage.
Responsibilities: . Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties. . Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, developers or project's team. . Attend meetings - Site meeting/visit, Tender interview. . Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers and pricing comparison. . Evaluate Main Contract/ Sub-Contract works. . Tendering and project documents administration.
