Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-contract)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Cost Management team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Lead Quantity Surveyor, supporting the delivery of cost management services on large-scale, complex construction projects within a multidisciplinary design environment. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying for our construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.

• Steer the preparation, review, and analysis of cost estimates and cost plans across key design stages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project scope and approved budget.
