We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience to join our growing Manchester team.
The successful candidate will take a lead role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the Retail, Commercial, Residential, and Leisure sectors.
They will play a key role in managing cost, risk, and procurement across the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on behalf of the clients.
Working under the guidance of the Regional Director, you will be responsible for delivering Quantity Surveying services while leading project teams and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
