Senior Quantity Surveyor

A highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its established London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cost consultant to lead the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio spanning residential, education, public sector, regeneration, and mixed-use developments.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from early-stage feasibility through to final account. You will provide strategic cost advice, manage procurement and tender processes, oversee contract administration, and ensure clients receive clear, commercially robust guidance throughout each commission.

Alongside delivering your own projects, you will support the development of junior team members, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the cost management service.
