Senior Quantity Surveyor - Development & Asset Projects

Macdonald & Company, Stellenbosch, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to ensure projects stay commercially sound from concept to completion. You will work closely with site, procurement and finance teams to keep budgets in check and support successful developments across multiple asset classes.

The role offers exposure to a diverse property portfolio and opportunities to broaden expertise through JBCC contracts, cost reporting and active cost management.
