Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cost Control & Value Engineering

Signature Rotana Islamabad is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of quantity surveying, cost planning, budgeting, contract administration, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with extensive experience in construction projects and a solid understanding of FIDIC contracts and relevant software tools.
