Senior Quantity Surveyor & Contract Lead - Flexible Hours

Well-established Singapore Façade and Curtain Wall Engineering MNC in Boon Lay, Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager for a permanent, 5.5-day work week with flexible start times. Salary up to SGD 5,500 per month plus transport up to SGD 600 and mobile allowances SGD 50.

Successful candidate will analyze contractual scope, manage costs, prepare payments, source subcontractors, and ensure projects stay within budget while coordinating with the Project Management Team.
