Senior Quantity Surveyor – Chesterfield
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join a division within a chartered consultancy in Chesterfield that operates as a main contractor’s commercial team. The division provides full Quantity Surveying services to major contractors across the UK.
The work focuses on government refurbishment and building fabric projects, including MOJ, MOD, government offices, defence estates and wider public sector buildings. Typical project values range from (phone number removed) to 5m, with some schemes reaching 20m. The division is part of a financially secure consultancy with long term client relationships.
The Chesterfield office has around 50 staff, including 40 Quantity Surveyors, creating a professional, contractor focused commercial environment with strong support and progression.
