Responsibilities

• Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, or related fields.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for at least 4 years.
• Knowledge of QS software such as Cost X or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English technical writing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
