Senior Quantity Surveyor (ACMV)

Job Description

• Attend tender briefings, site surveys, site show-rounds, and tender interviews during the tender stages
• Analyze and evaluate tender specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine project scope, pricing, and associated costs within the required submission timelines.
• Review tender documents thoroughly and prepare tender clarifications and queries within the stipulated deadlines
• Manage and participate in both public and private sector tender submissions
• Prepare and submit Design & Build (D&B) tenders
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical submissions
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for tender costing
• Review project budgets and recommend the most competitive pricing strategies for tender submissions
