• Lead quality reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to ensure early quality involvement in program development.
• Develop quality budget and cost estimates.
• Lead multi‑function, multi‑site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics that assure compliance with program, contract, customer, regulatory, and international standards.
• Guide stakeholders in analyzing process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root causes of complex problems and support the development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions.
