Senior Quality Engineer

Collins Aerospace Additive Design and Manufacturing (ADaM) team is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer for its Singapore Additive manufacturing facility. The Lead Quality Engineer will be the onsite quality focal, driving the implementation of strategic quality initiatives and accelerating the maturation of the Quality Management System.

The successful candidate is an effective, independent leader who is a self-driven problem solver. They will lead and support Operations and Product Quality including, but not limited to, New Product Introduction, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Quality Control, Quality Compliance, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Performance Management. The role requires the ability to interface with the US and Singapore Quality organizations to drive integration of Collins and ADaM quality initiatives.
