SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER (QUALITY) Kempas plant

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections for quality assurance.
• Perform defect analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate supplier quality activities and audits.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare and manage quality documentation (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in HPDC or automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of die casting process and defect analysis.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 7 QC Tools, 8D, DMAIC.
• Strong communication and customer quality issue management skills.
