As a Senior Quality Engineer at Smartly, you will define and scale quality standards across our Product & Engineering organization. Operating within a small, lean group, this role is highly visible to engineering leadership and offers the opportunity to make a massive impact across the entire company.

Your success will be defined by your ability to build deep, trusted partnerships with engineering teams and align them with modern quality standards. You will act as a coach and catalyst—pairing with teams to uplift their practices, leveraging AI for high‑velocity delivery, and ensuring quality is seamlessly integrated into how we scale. Working closely with our Staff Quality Engineer, Principal Engineers, and Infrastructure teams, you'll champion engineering excellence through hands‑on collaboration and guidance.
